A deep, rich blend of natural and washed coffees from Colombia, Vietnam and Brazil roasted to a bespoke profile to carefully draw out the darkest sugars and oils. This creates the biggest body and the smoothest, deepest mouthfeel. Just as at home on an Italian espresso bar, this coffee is the ultimate dark roast. Roasted to a secret point beyond '2nd crack' we extract the oils we would normally retain within the coffee. The result is an oiled surface to the beans but not so much as to burn the inside....a delicate balance many roasters seem to ignore. 

This coffee is dark, full bodied and perfect for those seeking the rich, deep flavours found in continental coffees across Europe. As an espresso it excels, pairing with milk especially well to deliver deep, rich, velvety tones or a short, rich stand alone espresso.
