We did it...the unthinkable......we made an old school espresso blend....but with a new school approach.
A deep, rich, broody blend of natural and washed coffees from Uganda, Vietnam and Brazil roasted to a bespoke profile to draw out the deepest sugars, the biggest body and the richest mouthfeel. For those who love a strong, big bodied espresso with heaps of bakers chocolate sweetness and a hint of black forest fruits this is for you.
A darker roast than most but nowhere near the acrid, bitter Italian style roasts of yesteryear. We've taken the old, bitter, strong espresso and given it a new lease of life. Still enjoyable as a full bodied, rich pour over or cafetiere brew this blend is a low acidity breakfast coffee of champions. As an espresso this coffee excels, pairing with milk especially well to deliver dark stone fruit fruit notes carried along with a dark chocolate, coating mouthfeel.

All 225g coffee is shipped in resealable bags. Store in a cool, dry place and never leave open to the air.
1kg coffee is shipped in heat sealed bags. Once opened either decant into an airtight container or use a bag crimp. Store as above
