Tis the season! This year our Christmas Blend is a celebration of seasonal fruity sweetness. A gorgeous blend of Guatemalan and Ugandan speciality coffees roasted fresh to order to a medium roast profile and blended to a unique ratio to bring out their fruity sweet character.
Notes of satsuma, caramel and cherry on the nose when brewed translate to brown sugar sweetness and candied orange acidity in the cup with an overtone of black cherry throughout. For home espresso try a shorter extraction period at a slightly lower brew temp to amp up the sweetness and orange notes on the back end. As a filter or pour over, a staple brew ratio of 18g dry to 220g out brings out the balanced, sweet and more delicate candy orange notes across filter & aeropress. Try a coarser grind and longer brew time if you want to draw out more fruit for a long black or bypass method.

Storage Instructions
All 225g coffee is shipped in resealable bags. Store in a cool, dry place and never leave open to the air.
1kg coffee is shipped in heat sealed bags. Once opened either decant into an airtight container or use a bag crimp. Store as above
