Tis the season! This year our Christmas Blend is a celebration of seasonal fruity sweetness and comfy festives vibes. A well rounded blend of Colombian, Brazilian and Ugandan speciality coffee roasted with a Christmas twist and blended to a unique ratio to bring out their unctuous best.  

Notes of satsuma and caramel on the nose translate to brown sugar sweetness and a hint of candied orange acidity in the cup with an undertone of soft honey throughout. For home espresso try a shorter extraction period at a slightly lower brew temp to amp up the sweetness and orange notes on the back end. As a filter or pour over, a staple brew ratio of 18g dry to 220g out brings out the balanced, sweet and more delicate candy orange notes across V60 & aeropress. Try a coarser grind, higher dose and longer brew time if you want to draw out more fruit for a long black or bypass method.
